About Our Collection
The Museum's core exhibition is organized around three chronological
themes, Jewish Life A Century Ago, The War Against the Jews,
and Jewish Renewal, each told on a separate floor. Every year the
Museum sponsors special exhibitions within the Museum, and traveling exhibitions
throughout the U.S. and beyond.

Special Exhibitions
Special exhibitions afford the Museum the opportunity to complement the themes expressed in the core exhibition in greater detail. Beyond Swastika and Jim Crow: Jewish Refugee Scholars at Black Colleges is on view through February 21, 2010. The Keeping History Center, an interactive, digital visitor experience is now open. The Morgenthaus: A Legacy of Service is on view through December 2010. Traces of Memory will open March 16.
Interactive Highlights
Online experiences enable visitors to explore artifacts in ways impossible
in the physical space; the pages of a diary can be turned and translated
